My extremely dry remarks regarding shipping and handling.
I got the wrong print
Human error does occur. I wish I were a robot. If I send you the wrong print, email me (do not DM)! Send me a pic of what I sent you and we will get you the right one.
Shipping
I ship via the United States Postal Services (USPS) Ground Advantage. This service provides tracking. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking please email me and I can provide the tracking information. Once your order is packed and dropped in the mailbox, it is out of my control.
For international orders — I am not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred. Your order can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive.
If it has been 3 months and your order has still not arrived, I can send a replacement. It is safe to say that after this amount of time, your order is lost (even if it is still showing up as moving through the system).
If your package is damaged upon arrival — send me pictures of the damaged package and contents. I will then be happy to send a replacement.
If your package is marked as delivered but it is nowhere to be seen — send me an email after about a week of it being marked delivered. If it hasn’t shown up after a week, it’s safe to assume it was either stolen or is just lost. I can send a replacement.
If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, it is up to you to contact me, so make sure to keep an eye on your shipment! This is also the only case where I will have to invoice you for the re-shipment of the order.
Returns + Refunds
I do not offer returns, but if your print does in fact get lost in the mail, I can offer replacement or refund.
If your print gets damaged during shipment, I can offer refund or replacement.

Tattoo Ticket
When you purchase a tattoo ticket it means that you will not receive a physical item or print. This is permission to get one of my drawings tattooed by whatever tattoo artist you choose. If you purchased the ticket, but thought it was a physical item, please contact me and I will refund you. I tried to make this as clear as possible in the item description.
